Grant Increase

YouthReach is excited to announce… we are increasing our annual per child grant amount to $300.00 per 12-month period, effective March 1st, 2023! This increase will take effect for all new and returning grant applicants as of March 1st. Please note: this increase does not apply to approved grantees that maxed their grant amount in 2022 or added to a balance in the previous maximum of $250.00. Returning applicants will qualify as new applications on the annual renewal of their 12-month timeframe.

If you or your child is interested in getting involved in a specific activity but the cost is too high please consider asking YouthReach for help. YouthReach awards grants of up to $300 (per 12 month period) to support the cost of registration fees for kids from Simcoe County to join a huge variety of organized programs and activities when families are facing financial challenges.

The easiest way to apply is to use the online form below. You can upload scans or pictures of your Notice of Assessment (NOA) right into the form.

If you are having difficulty completing the application, please contact your support worker, friend or a family resource person. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or processed.
